Legislature should put Floridians first!

The People of Florida should come first!
I am a big proponent — whenever possible and practical — of transferring government services to the private sector. It's cost-effective, reduces the size and scope of government, and the job is usually better run by private entrepreneurs than government bureaucrats. But that's not always the case. Privatization is not always the answer for government services unless the Florida legislature has a system to hold its corporate partners accountable.
