One of Francisco's greatest passions regarding government is our foundational document, The Constitution. Within this document are the guiding principles for state and national government, and therefore it stands as a plumb line for governing. Owing to the importance of the constitution, Francisco is an active member of the Constitution Committee of the United States. Additionally, Francisco is part of the advisory board for the West Palm Beach Chapter of the James Madison Institute.
I am a big proponent — whenever possible and practical — of transferring government services to the private sector. It's cost-effective, reduces the size and scope of government, and the job is usually better run by private entrepreneurs than government bureaucrats.

Privatization is a good thing if it is part of a process that includes accountability. As your State Representative I will search out every creative and necessary option for private-public partnerships. I will also advocate that we privatize government where it makes sense, holding those providing services and the legislature to work within a system that guarantees a financial value as well as a high standard of delivery.
